Mardi Gras 2007
It's Mardi Gras in Sydney on a really hot afternoon. It's amazing how hot it is. The sun is so strong, that you can see a mist in the air. I can't explain it. On the news they tell us it's 27. I have a termometer and its up to 37.4 degrees. For those of you using the ancient system, its on 99 Farenheight / 310 degrees K.
OK, anyways... it's hot. The parade is hours away and the floats look amazing. Some of the parade officials have their superiority thing going on, but that's ok, you just dont listen to them (ie: try to cross the road to get back to my apartment!!!).
Anyways the guys are hot. The parade looks great and the crowds are HUGE! Happy Mardi Gras!
